Yes, if you receive care at a hospital that participates in TEAM. However, you always have the freedom to choose your doctors and may seek care at a hospital that does not participate in TEAM. - How does TEAM help my recovery?

Your health information may be securely shared among your care team to coordinate your care. All information is protected by federal privacy laws. - Can I access my medical records?
